Tyler, born Gaynor Hopkins, broke out in the music industry in 1976 with the release of her hit song, "Lost In France," later becoming a global superstar with hits like "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and "Holding Our for Hero."
She remained popular in Europe throughout the 1990s and later competed in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013, representing the U.K. with the song, "Believe In Me." She continued to perform throughout the 2020s, and is on the Jubilee Tour, celebrating 50 years since her start in the music industry.

Forty-one years after the song's initial release in 1983, it went to No. 2 on the U.S. iTunes charts ahead of the total solar eclipse in April 2024 and also broke through into the YouTube's top 100 music video chart for the first time, ranking number 84.
